The development of ICT technology includes emerging Networking Service Infrastructure, Innovative Value-added Service and Authentification Process, Green energy technology development, and other advanced creative developments by III in recent years and it is available for Taiwanese enterprises and they are welcome to make an enquiry and negotiate for technology transfer.  III will also offer the necessary follow-up technology development assistance, or product development functions.

The various types of technology transfer are described below:

• Pre-developed technology authorization: Allowing enterprises to partake or influence the design of technology configuration in the advancement of project development and effectively reducing production and marketing time.
• Product authorization: Allowing enterprises to take advantage of III’s technology resources, and integrate with the various ICT products application which will result in saving the cost of R&D.
• Patent authorization.
• Joint ownership of technology and patent alliance.

Qualification of application:
Any enterprise or research organization registered under the tax law of the Taiwan government is qualified for technology transfer application at III.
