III spin-off company “Servetech” wins 2015 Frost& Sullivan Taiwan M2M Entrepreneurial Award of the Year.

The well-known market consulting firm Frost& Sullivan held its 2015 Asia Pacific Best Practices Awards ceremony on the 15th October in Singapore. Institute for Information Industry (III) spin-off professional technical service group, Servetech, won the “Taiwan M2M Entrepreneurial Award of the Year” in recognition of its innovative product “Servolution,” which is a solution for industrial management. “Servolution” also won the gold medal of 2014 Intel APEC Global Challenge in internet, mobile, and software computing category. Servetech has not only shown extraordinary talents internationally last two years but also proven its world-class competitiveness among the new start-up companies.
The senior analyst of Frost& Sullivan Krishnan Ramanathan says in the official analyst quote that indicates: “Despite being in a nascent stage in Taiwan, M2M technologies have begun to show much promise in the manufacturing sector. Servolution is now focused on the flexible software purchase demand of small and medium enterprises, and it can be customized and transferred to large enterprise as well. It not only be able to enlarge service to the originalEnterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Manufacturing Execution System (MES), but also to collect industrial big data automatically.
The account director of Servetech, Miss Hung-an Kao said thatServolution has cooperated with Intelligent Maintenance Systems (IMS) to develop “machine breakdown forecast technique” and to put it into practice to some mechanical companies in Taiwan. III and Severtech will continuously expand their professional team and work with consultants from various industries to fulfill its database and meet clients’ needs inoptimize produce –and efficiency.
