The awarded-winning platform names as CIA is designed for enterprise to create prevent hacker’s attack in the very early stage. It combined numbers of innovative technologies which can effectively detect the new type of targeted attacks threat (APT). The R & D team broke through the limitation of traditional information security features technology, use hypervisor monitor and virtual time acceleration technology that allows significantly to enhance the performance and coverage of the detect system and construct high efficiency emerging threat protection solutions for analysis of system abnormalities. Up to this November, the system has holding 10 international patents already.
Director of CTTI Tien-Cheu Kao stressed that facing the increasingly serious threat of information security especially during this information era, e-mailing behavior is likely to be the main gates which black-hat hackers could hack into the company’s infrastructure system. Therefore, the CIA is not only targeting users’ behavior but also has an elastic extension (Scale-out) function that can filter all kinds of suspicious e-mail attachments and develop defense rules to generate antibodies, combined with their existing security equipment to construct information security defense system, fill the insufficient information security solutions and to block APT attacks effectively.
Moreover is that the core technology of this system so far has been awarded "2014 National Invention & Creation Award", "2014 IT Innovative Product Award", "Cloud innovative applications Award", and "2015 Taipei International Invention Show and Technomart - the Bronze Medal Award " etc..., and it has been successfully transferred to the domestic information security vendors and expanding to the e-mail security services lately. To look forward, CTTI hoped by winning APICTA Awards, the R & D team has more opportunity to implement into the international market, assisting information security consultant and monitoring services, providing solutions specifically for the so-called APT attack. III is confident that it could enhance the competitiveness of products, and to meet the market demand for new information security defenses in the near future.
