METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR DETECTING OBJECTS …PERFORMING THE METHOD |
USA
|
Abstract
In a method for detecting objects by utilizing near infrared (NIR FIR) light, an NIR environment image and an FIR environment image generated by photographing a current environment with the NIR light and the FIR light respectively are received. The NIR and FIR environment images are respectively analyzed to obtain several NIR-environment-image analysis values and FIR-environment-image analysis values. A current-environment category is generated according the NIR-environment-image analysis values and the FIR-environment-image analysis values. First object detection information and second object detection information are obtained by respectively performing object-detection onto the NIR environment image and the FIR environment image. Information of at least one detected object in the current environment is obtained according to the current-environment category, the first object detection information and the second object detection information.

APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR CREATING A POWER CONSUMPTION MODEL AND NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM THEREOF |
USA
|
Abstract
An apparatus and method for creating a power consumption model and a non-transitory computer readable storage medium thereof are provided. The apparatus is stored with a power consumption datum for each of a target user and a plurality of users. The apparatus selects several users as a group, uses the power consumption data of the users in the group to create a predicted model, calculates a predicted power consumption value for the target user, calculates a difference according to the predicted power consumption value and a real power consumption value, and repeats the aforementioned operations until a criterion has been satisfied. The apparatus selects the groups whose corresponding difference is smaller than a predetermined value and creates a power consumption model by the power consumption data of the users that appear more than one time and the power consumption data of the target user.

APPARATUS, METHOD, AND NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM THEREOF FOR RECOMMENDING AN ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION BEHAVIOR |
USA
|
Abstract
An apparatus, a method, and a non-transitory computer readable storage medium thereof for recommending an electricity consumption behavior are provided. The apparatus is stored with an appliance efficiency value and an electricity-consuming parameter value for each of a plurality of users. The apparatus generates a plurality of first temporary values by multiplying each of the appliance efficiency values with each of the electricity-consuming parameters, generates a power saving matrix by subtracting each of the electricity-consuming parameters from each of the electricity-consuming parameters individually, generates a changing willingness matrix by the second temporary values, calculates a transform probability matrix by the power saving matrix and the changing willingness matrix, calculates an eigenvalue and an eigenvector of the transform probability matrix, and recommends an electricity consumption behavior according to the eigenvalue and the eigenvector.

METHOD AND ELECTRICAL DEVICE FOR TAKING THREE-DIMENSIONAL (3D) IMAGE AND NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER-READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM FOR STORING THE METHOD |
USA
|
Abstract
In a method for taking three-dimensional (3D) images, a camera unit of an electrical device is utilized to shoot a same scene with a same lens focal length and focusing on different distances respectively to generate several pictures. Depth-map information of several blocks on the scene is calculated according to levels of clarity on the blocks. Offsets of the blocks of the pictures are respectively adjusted for right and left eyes according to the depth-map information of the blocks to generate at least one 3D image. The present invention also discloses an electrical device for taking 3D images and a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium for storing the method for taking a 3D image.
