Each intern "learns by doing" under the guidance of a dedicated mentor, participating directly in daily departmental operations and business plan execution. Interns engage in theme-based project research and presentations, to accumulate professional work experience and explore their career directions early on.

Project training to mirror real work practices and a variety of exchange activities allow interns to network with seniors and juniors from different departments. Professional HR offers career exploration courses to help the interns start their career journeys through competency building and instructions on resume customization.
Priority access to full-time jobs
Outstanding performers during the internship are offered scholarships from our foundation program. After graduation, qualified individuals are given priority for full-time positions with continued tenure.
