Abstract
A method for deploying at least one climate sensor in an indoor space includes: several candidate deploy points in the indoor space are obtained. Climate properties at the candidate deploy points are obtained. Deploy-point-number limit is obtained. Available deploy point sets, which conform to the deploy-point-number limit, are generated according to the candidate deploy points. Climate-property differences of the available deploy point sets are calculated according to the climate properties at the candidate deploy points. The climate-property differences of the available deploy point sets are differences between the climate properties at the available deploy point sets and those at the candidate deploy points. A target deploy point set, climate-property difference of which is the least among those of the available deploy point sets, is selected from the available deploy point sets. At least one first climate sensor is deployed at the target deploy point of the target deploy point set.

Abstract
An image contrast enhancement apparatus and method thereof are provided. The image contrast enhancement apparatus includes an image analysis module, a histogram separation unit, and a histogram adjustment unit. The image analysis module statistically analyzes pixels of an original image to produce a plurality of histogram bins and combines the histogram bins into a sub-histogram. The histogram separation unit separates each sub-histogram in every separation level into two sub-histograms in the next separation level, increases or decreases a base width of each sub-histogram such that the respective group density of two sub-histograms corresponding to the same separation point are substantially identical. The histogram adjustment unit re-distributes histogram bins of each sub-histogram or merges a portion of histogram bins of each sub-histogram in every separation level.

When one task in the delayed task set requires for being executed, a working voltage required for executing the task is increased, and the task is removed from the delayed task set; when one task in the delayed task set requires for sharing resources, the working voltage required by the task is set as the current working voltage or a larger one in the minimum upper bounds of all the works requiring for sharing resources; and when one task does not belong to the delayed task set, but the waiting time has exceeded the period of the work, the working voltage for executing the task is reduced, and the task is added in the delayed task set.

Abstract
A base station (BS SS MIMO) network are provided. The BS stores resource allocation information about the MIMO network and an SS list, and generate a super frame according to the resource allocation information and the SS list. The super frame comprises a pilot pattern which comprises a plurality of pilots and data. The BS and SS both considers the pilot pattern as an identifier of the SS. When there are communications occurred between the BS and the SS, the BS/SS will confirm whether the pilot pattern of the super frame matches the identifier of the SS to reduce interference from other stations in the MIMO network.

The processing module is configured to determine whether the at least one first sequence is the same as the at least one second sequence. The transmission module is configured to transmit a response message according to the determination result. Finally, the first and second mobile apparatuses determine whether to transmit a first and second data according to the response message, respectively.

Then the BS broadcasts/multicasts the common channel descriptor to the at least one RS and transmits the at least one particular channel descriptor to the same. The at least one RS combines the common channel descriptor and the at least one particular channel descriptor to generate the channel descriptor.
