In response to industry demand for innovation, III integrated business, software engineering, behavioral science, and service design international standards, to develop a guideline methodology, to promote "Service Experience Engineering – S.E.E." that brought the leading brands together with service providers in designing innovative service experience, to build the value chain eco-system and validation operating model, and to cultivate innovative businesses and replicable solutions.

Secure Innovation Trend - FIND (Foreseeing Innovative New Digiservices)
Continuing its cooperation with important international organizations such as WEF and EIU over the past decade, FIND pulses the competitiveness trends of other countries and the ICT industry continuously, surveys and compares new technologies and new business models both domestically and internationally, conducts research and analysis of opportunities and strategies for entering the emerging markets, accumulates abundant digitalized- databases and publications, provides customized business consultation, and is positioned as the crucial think-tank of e-commerce research and innovative services for the government and the ICT industry.
Facilitate Innovation Integration - INNOnet
III assembled 100+ domestic industry elites to design and promote domestic ICT innovative application service value chain, attracted innovative entrepreneurial teams to interact with potential investors, and offered the largest innovative concept and experience exchange platform in the domestic technology sector. Through the INNOnet platform, innovative service models and development strategies for specific issues such as service-oriented manufacturing, distance learning, health care, and Near Field Commerce can be discussed and collected, and important references for government policy making and industrial investment can be provided.
Validate Innovative Services - Design Lab
Based on IT service concept, the Design Lab uses existing ICT solutions and professional workflow consisting of system verification (Proof of Concept, POC), service verification (Proof of Service, POS), and business model validation (Proof of Business, POB), to provide prototype validation for innovative services and service verification, and to help enterprises conduct systematic new service pre-market trials that can increase the success possibility for new service businesses.
Experience Innovation Living - Living Zone
The service system generated from Design Lab is used in real-life to conduct business model validation. Via the analysis of user behavior preferences and patterns, a better understanding of the service benefits can be generated, the service delivery process can be amended, target customers can be identified, and the assistance of charging mechanism design can be accomplished.
‧Accomplishments of Innovative IT Service Cases and Effectiveness of Consulting Services
We will actively use S.E.E. method to gain the experience of promoting and executing innovative services in a step by step approach. Exemplary cases are selected and assembled into a book, published in 2011, titled "Notes of Innovation". In 2013, a book titled "Innovation 6S – Golden Transformation Key to Ignite Service Revolution” was published to uncover the mystery of innovation via numerous wonderful cases.
